Health, Wellbeing and Community

Health & Wellbeing Plan

Councils are required to develop a health and wellbeing plan every four years. Whilst Council has an obligation to prepare the plan, achieving better health and wellbeing outcomes for Warrnambool’s community is a shared responsibility. Improving outcomes relies on collective and sustained effort from a range of partners, including all levels of government, non-government organisations, businesses, health professionals, communities, families and individuals.

Update September 2021: Council has prepared a Draft Health and Wellbeing Plan. To read the draft plan and provide your feedback on the plan go to www.yoursaywarrnambool.com.au

For more information about the health and wellbeing of the community please go to the Community Profile page

For more information about the Plan please contact communityplanning [at] warrnambool [dot] vic [dot] gov [dot] au () or phone 5559 4959.
