COVID-19 update

September 17, 2021 update 

The Victorian Government has announced a further easing of restrictions operating in regional Victoria.

The changes, to apply across all of regional Victoria with the exception of Ballarat, will come into effect at 11.59pm, Friday, September 17, 2021.

Vaccinations

The Warrnambool Vaccination Centre is at Bayside City Plaza, 184 Merri Street (in the building formerly known as Sam's Warehouse).

Bookings are recommended but not essential.

Open.

Library

Open (weekdays only)

Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village

Open from September 18. 10am-5pm daily. Capacity limits apply. Night show remains closed. Heritage tours and school holiday programs are suspended.

Visitor Information Centre

Open from September 18. 10am-5pm daily.

AquaZone

Reopening Wednesday, DSeptember 22, 6am.

•    Bookings required and can be made by calling AQZ - 1hr slots with 50min activity
•    Maximum of 3 sessions per week- to be assessed after first week based on occupancy
•    Cost will be $5.50 per visit (all areas) and memberships reinstated only as requested until further easing of restrictions.
•    Toilets are open, but change rooms will remain closed, please arrive ready and head home to change
•    Due to pool number limits Aqua Aerobics will not resume- to be assessed after 1st week
•    Our current restrictions are 20 in the indoor pool area, and 10 in the gym
•    Group fitness Classes will be run outside and weather dependant
•    Please do NOT ATTEND if experiencing cold or flu symptoms
•    We continue to work towards having the outdoor pool early.
•    Due to number only 10 people will be allowed to queue in the foyer at a time and we ask for you to please wait outside the front door until called in.

Warrnambool Stadium

Closed.

Archie Graham Community Centre

Open with a restructured program and no more than 20 patrons in the building.

Sports - billiards, bowls, exercise classes and the hydro pool are still closed.

Gymnastics Centre

Closed.

Lighthouse Theatre

Box Office will reopen from Monday 13 September. Ticket holders for events impacted by ongoing restrictions will be contacted by the venue with updates.

Waste management

Operating as normal.

Public toilets

Remain open with regular cleaning undertaken.
